Once the construction fee is agreed we generate a contract for the works. This is normally either FMB or a JCT contract.

We can work with the local council's building control teams but we are also flexible if you wish to appoint an independent surveyor.
PRE-COMMENCEMENT
Meeting the team...
We'll introduce you to your Project Manager and Site Manager who will be with you for the duration of the project.

Turning design into reality...
During the project we will ensure we follow the Building Regulations and Health and Safety protocols. Works will be undertaken as efficiently as possible.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Weekly meetings...
Your project manager will meet you on site to keep you aware and updated of what is happening, check on the progress and ensure the project runs without delay.
PRACTICAL COMPLETION
The final touches, handover...
We sign off the property back to your care after carrying out a complete inspection of works. We will provide you all manuals and warranties for the new fitted equipment in your renovated home.
RETENTION PERIOD
Last visits...
At this stage, on a period of 3-6 months we will visit the site and go through the required snagging works. Your project manager will arrange a programme for the works that need to be carried out. After this our project is finally complete.
